Italian Securities Commission publishes 2026 regulatory activities plan outlining rulemaking priorities and impact checks

The Italian Securities Commission (Consob) has published its 2026 regulatory activities plan, setting out the regulatory areas that will be subject to its rulemaking activity during the year and those on which it intends to carry out regulatory impact assessments. The plan covers the programme of work for adopting general regulatory acts and the periodic review of existing measures. It is adopted annually by Consob as a non-binding planning document, and the activities listed may be supplemented or amended during the reference year if new needs arise.
