The Luxembourg Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) announced that the submission method for national B2.4 reporting covering participating interests and subordinated loans will change with effect from 1 February 2026. From that date, B2.4 reports will be collected exclusively through two specified submission methods and will be accepted free of charge. A user guide is expected to be made available shortly.
