The Angola Capital Markets Commission announced that Económico Fundos de Investimento - Sociedade Gestora de Fundos de Investimento, S.A., an investment fund management company, has been dissolved under a universal general meeting resolution dated Oct. 27, 2023 and in accordance with Article 324(b) of the Law on the General Regime of Financial Institutions, with the act also published on the Single Company Window website under Article 14(2) of the law simplifying the incorporation process for commercial companies.

The Angola Capital Markets Commission said Económico Fundos de Investimento, an investment fund management company, has been dissolved under a shareholders' resolution dated Oct. 27, 2023. The dissolution act has also been published on the Single Company Window website.
