The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made by bank transfer or directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission, with transfer details requiring the applicant’s name, identification document number and the type of practising certificate. If a recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year of the notice, the Vietnam State Securities Commission will issue a decision to cancel the certificate that has been issued.
