The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) issued an order requiring foreign companies behind the Vantage Markets brand to immediately stop any public offering of securities intermediation services in Brazil after identifying signs they were soliciting Brazilian residents. The measure applies to Vantage International Group, Vantage International Holding Limited, Vantage FX PTY Ltd and Vantage Global Prime Ltd, which operate the website www.latam.vantagemarkets.com. CVM stated the entities are not authorised to intermediate securities or to raise funds from investors for application in securities, and the order was issued through CVM Declaratory Act 23.510.

The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has ordered foreign companies associated with the Vantage Markets brand to cease public offerings of securities intermediation services in Brazil.
