The State Bank of Vietnam, through its Regional Branches 10 and 15, has amended the operating licences of Cam Lam People's Credit Fund and Phuong 2 People's Credit Fund. The changes update each fund's registered head office address and charter capital. Cam Lam People's Credit Fund's head office is amended to 120 Truong Chinh, Cam Lam commune, Khanh Hoa province, and its charter capital is recorded at VND 8,558,375,000 as of 31 December 2025. Phuong 2 People's Credit Fund's head office is amended to 56 De Tham, An Xuyen ward, Ca Mau province, and its new charter capital is VND 1,756,700,000.

Cam Lam People's Credit Fund is now registered at 120 Truong Chinh, Cam Lam commune, Khanh Hoa province with charter capital of VND 8,558,375,000 as of 31 December 2025, while Phuong 2 People's Credit Fund is registered at 56 De Tham, An Xuyen ward, Ca Mau province with charter capital of VND 1,756,700,000 as of the same date.
