Estonia’s Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) withdrew the operating licence held by Ehital Krediit OÜ to act as a creditor and mortgage creditor, following an application from the company. With the licence withdrawn, Ehital Krediit OÜ may no longer operate as a creditor or mortgage creditor, including signing credit contracts with clients or carrying out related transactions in its own name and on its own account. Finantsinspektsioon noted that 34 creditors are currently licensed to operate in Estonia.

Estonia’s Financial Supervision Authority (Finantsinspektsioon) has withdrawn the operating licence of Ehital Krediit OÜ, ceasing its activities as a creditor and mortgage creditor. The company can no longer sign credit contracts or conduct related transactions. Currently, 34 creditors remain licensed in Estonia.
