The Authority for Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AMLA) announced that its General Board met for the first time in Frankfurt under the chairmanship of Bruna Szego, AMLA’s first Chair. The meeting brought together Member State representatives to begin working together within AMLA and to adopt the General Board’s rules of procedure, described as a further step in formalising the agency’s governance structure.
