Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission consults on amendments to its internal rules and takes supervisory decisions affecting DallBogg, a voluntary pension fund and an insurance broker

Bulgaria's Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) announced a set of decisions from its latest meeting covering supervisory approvals and register updates, alongside a public consultation on proposed amendments to the FSC’s own rules of structure and procedure. The FSC approved an independent member of the board of directors of DallBogg: Life and Health Pension Insurance Company EAD and approved amendments to the Rules of Organization and Operation of the Voluntary Pension Fund "Pension Insurance Institute". It also deleted "BK INTERNATIONAL" EOOD from the register of insurance brokers. Separately, the FSC adopted at first reading draft rules to amend and supplement the Rules of Structure and Procedure of the FSC and its Administration, publishing the draft and its motives on its website under Regulations and Public consultations. Comments and proposals on the draft internal rule changes can be submitted within 14 days of publication, until 3 February 2026 inclusive.
