The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye announced the suspension of the operating licenses of Pay Fix Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.S., Aypara Ödeme Kurulusu A.S. and Ininal Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.S. under Law No. 6493, following assessments made within the scope of a judicial investigation involving companies under its oversight and supervision. The release sets out a sequence of supervisory actions leading up to the full suspension. Administrative and financial measures were imposed on Pay Fix on 30 September 2024 under Article 21(8) of Law No. 6493. On 28 February 2025, Pay Fix’s operating licenses for certain payment services under Article 12(1)(b) and Article 12(1)(c), with the latter limited to acquiring payment instruments, were suspended under Article 21(8), and the Central Bank also decided to charge administrative fines under Article 27. Following further assessment, all operating licenses of Pay Fix, Aypara and Ininal under Law No. 6493 were suspended as of 14 March 2025, and the Central Bank noted that inspection reports produced through its oversight activities are shared with relevant public institutions and organizations.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Türkiye has suspended the operating licenses of Pay Fix Elektronik Para ve Ödeme Hizmetleri A.S., Aypara Ödeme Kurulusu A.S., and Ininal Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Hizmetleri A.S. under Law No. 6493, following a judicial investigation. Previously, administrative and financial measures were imposed on Pay Fix, including suspending certain payment service licenses and fines. The Central Bank has shared inspection reports with relevant public institutions.
