The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has renewed the registration of Dar Al-Raqaba for Sharia Consultancy in its special register of external Sharia audit offices. The renewal keeps the firm registered for a further three years from 19 June 2026 and is renewable again upon payment of the prescribed fees. The decision was issued following the firm's application to renew its registration as an external Sharia audit office. The existing registration certificate is numbered SA/2017/0003 and was issued on 19 June 2023. Relevant authorities are tasked with implementing the decision, which will also be published in the Official Gazette.
