The Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) will hold hearings from 3 p.m. on July 28, 2026, in three administrative enforcement proceedings concerning alleged misconduct by an investment adviser, possible trading on undisclosed material information and potential disclosure irregularities. The first case examines an investment adviser’s alleged use of client credentials to execute transactions and send false reports and statements concealing losses. The second concerns alleged use of undisclosed material information in trades involving Banco PanAmericano shares. The third addresses possible irregularities in disclosures by IRB Brasil Resseguros and its executives, resuming a proceeding previously suspended following requests for review. The published case reports may be revised after the hearings.
