The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas has appointed Fernando Leibovici as assistant vice president in the research department’s international group, effective Aug. 16. He will support research on globalization and its implications for monetary policy and help lead initiatives at the Dallas Fed’s Global Institute. Leibovici joins from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, where he has worked since 2016 and most recently served as senior economic policy adviser in the Research Division. He will continue to hold a leadership role in international work across the Federal Reserve System.
