The State Bank of Vietnam has issued and presented a decision assigning Ms Hoang Thi Phuong Hanh, Deputy Director General of the International Cooperation Department, to serve as Acting Director General of the department. The assignment takes effect from 3 April 2025 and will remain in place until the State Bank of Vietnam completes the appointment of a permanent Director General for the International Cooperation Department. Deputy Governor Nguyen Ngoc Canh presented the decision at a ceremony in Hanoi.

The State Bank of Vietnam has appointed Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong Hanh as Acting Director General of the International Cooperation Department, effective 3 April 2025. This interim assignment will continue until a permanent Director General is appointed.
