The Montenegro Capital Market Authority published a notice that investment firm SASA CAPITAL a.d. Podgorica has informed the Authority it is ceasing operations and has submitted a request to initiate the process for withdrawal of its licence to provide investment services. The Authority indicated that a procedure to revoke the firm’s operating licence is underway. Under Article 223(1) of Montenegro’s Capital Market Law, the Authority advised SASA CAPITAL’s clients to withdraw funds from the firm’s accounts or transfer them to another investment firm while the licence revocation process is in progress.

Montenegro Capital Market Authority starts licence revocation process for SASA CAPITAL as the firm ceases operations
The Montenegro Capital Market Authority announced that SASA CAPITAL a.d. Podgorica is ceasing operations and has requested to withdraw its investment services licence. The Authority is proceeding with the licence revocation and advised clients to withdraw or transfer funds during this process.
