A consent prohibition order was issued against Jermal McGlown, a former employee of First Horizon Bank in Memphis, Tennessee, for misappropriation of customer data. A separate consent prohibition order was issued against Rahimlen Dean, a former employee of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company in Buffalo, New York, for misappropriation of customer funds.
