The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practitioner certificate in order to complete the certification procedure, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank or in person at the Commission. If a recipient does not complete the process to receive the certificate within one year of the Commission’s fee-payment notification, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
