The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that five investment compartments of the AIF LifeGoals Common Fund AIF (Licence No. AIF04/2014) are being dissolved and placed into liquidation: LifeGoals - Fixed Income Savings (LGIS, AIF04_02), LifeGoals - Growth (LGG, AIF04_03), LifeGoals - Balanced (LGB, AIF04_04), LifeGoals - Conservative (LGC, AIF04_05) and LifeGoals - Dynamic (LGD, AIF04_06). LGIS is being dissolved following a decision by the external manager, Lifegoals Financial Services Limited, that continuing the compartment’s operation is not in the interests of unitholders, under Article 52(1)(b) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The remaining compartments (LGG, LGB, LGC and LGD) are being dissolved due to full redemption of their units under Article 52(1)(f), with the dissolutions communicated to CySEC by the external manager under Article 52(6); the liquidations are described as voluntary.
