The Central Bank of Bosnia and Herzegovina estimated annual core inflation at 4.42% for the first six months of 2026, based on official consumer price statistics and relevant weights. Average consumer prices for services rose by an estimated annual rate of 4.80%. Core inflation was 26 basis points below the central bank’s June nowcast. However, inflation pressures in the categories used to calculate core inflation increased slightly in June from May, while first-half core and services inflation exceeded their full-year 2025 levels, indicating persistent domestic price pressures.
