The National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic approved three proposed senior appointments submitted by domestic banks, covering a board-level audit committee role and two finance function roles. The central bank согласed the candidacy of Saltanat K. Alybaeva, nominated by CJSC Bank Asia, as an independent member of the board of directors and Chair of the Audit Committee. It also approved Nazgul A. Kadyrkulova, nominated by OJSC O!Bank, for the position of Chief Accountant, and Salavat Z. Asanov, nominated by OJSC Keremet Bank, for the position of Deputy Chief Accountant.
