The Superintendence of Corporate Relations at the Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has cancelled the registration of listed company Ammo Varejo S.A. due to the company’s failure to provide information to the regulator. The issuer’s registration had been suspended since 17 May 2024. Following the cancellation, the company may no longer have its securities admitted to trading on regulated markets, including exchanges and organized or unorganized over-the-counter markets, and the measure does not exempt the company, its controllers or its directors and officers from liability for any prior violations.

Brazil Securities Commission cancels Ammo Varejo registration for failure to provide required information
The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) has cancelled the registration of Ammo Varejo S.A. for failing to provide required information. The cancellation, following a suspension since May 2024, prohibits the company from trading its securities on regulated markets and does not absolve it or its management from liability for past violations.
