The Insurance and Private Pension Regulation and Supervision Agency of Türkiye announced that the first phase of the e-Devlet “My Private Insurances” project has been completed and the application has been made available via e-Devlet mobile and web channels. Developed jointly with the Presidency Digital Transformation Office and the Insurance Information and Monitoring Center, the service is intended to provide a single-screen view and easier access for citizens to their insurance information and related transactions. The application allows users to access policies held with different insurers, with summary and detailed views across motor, health, life and fire lines. It also enables viewing of DASK, TARSIM and private pension system (BES) contracts, including key features such as summary information for active and terminated policies, days remaining to renewal for policies approaching renewal, policy and claim details, bank and branch information for credit-linked policies, and relevant call centre contact details. The same interface also supports creating and tracking complaints relating to policies and claims. The release frames the launch as the completion of the project’s first phase, without setting out timelines for subsequent phases.
