The Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis has appointed two new members to its Ninth District Advisory Council, which advises the Bank’s senior officers and economists on regional economic conditions. Kevin Black, CEO of Creedence Energy Services in Minot, North Dakota, and Paulette Davidson, President and CEO of Monument Health in Rapid City, South Dakota, were appointed in 2025. Council members serve three-year terms, and the two appointees join eight returning members representing a range of sectors and geographies across the district. New members are appointed by the Minneapolis Fed president.
