The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that the investment compartment CYPE PRIVATE FUND of FIDESCORP VENTURES AIFLNP V.C.I.C. LTD has been dissolved and put into liquidation following the total redemption of its units under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. The dissolution was communicated to CySEC by the AIFLNP in accordance with article 63(8) of the law and is referenced as occurring pursuant to article 132(1)(d). CySEC noted that the compartment is being placed into voluntary liquidation.
