The Monetary Authority of Singapore announced four senior management changes effective November 1, covering corporate development, financial policy and enforcement, payments supervision, and the development of Singapore as an international financial center. Jacqueline Loh will leave her role as deputy managing director for corporate development to become principal advisor in the managing director’s office, supporting risk oversight, governance and leadership development while continuing as chair of the Singapore Payments Network. Loo Siew Yee will succeed her and oversee the authority’s people, technology, finance, risk and currency functions. Gillian Tan will replace Loo as assistant managing director for policy, payments and financial crime, with responsibility for prudential policy, anti-money laundering, enforcement and payment services supervision. Thong Leng Yeng will succeed Tan as assistant managing director for development and international, overseeing financial center development and international relations.
