The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person, in line with the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges applied at the Commission. Payment can be made either by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission Office’s accounts at Vietinbank (Ha Thanh branch) or Vietcombank (Hoang Mai branch), or in person at the Commission, with payment details identifying the recipient, identity document number and certificate type. If the recipient does not complete the process to collect the certificate within one year of the fee payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that has been granted.
