The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has launched a continuous professional development program for individuals registered in positions that are subject to the Professional Qualifications Program at licensed persons. The program’s conditions will apply to all such individuals from Jan. 3, 2027. The measure amends Book Five of the Executive Bylaws, revises the application form for renewing registrations and adds a new appendix setting out the continuous professional development program. The underlying decision takes effect from its issuance and will be published in the Official Gazette.
