The Ukraine National Commission on Securities and Stock Market (NSSMC) informed market participants that the obligation to disclose regulated information was restored from 28 August 2025 following amendments to Law No. 2115-IX, and it has approved and published a draft decision setting deadlines for completing outstanding disclosures, which will take effect after final approval. The draft sets catch-up deadlines of 30 September 2025 for information covering 2021–2023, and 31 October 2025 for 2024 and the first and second quarters of 2025. The NSSMC noted that the wartime exemption from regulated information disclosure (other than special information) has been cancelled, and that late, incomplete, inaccurate or missing disclosure may trigger administrative liability under Article 163-11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (fines for officials), alongside other measures within the NSSMC’s legal powers. The specified deadlines will apply once the draft decision enters into force following approval, after which market participants are expected to submit the required information within the set time limits.
