The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority (CMA) has issued Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage Company with a licence to conduct the securities activity of investment portfolio manager. The licence was issued on 5 January 2026 for a renewable period of three years. The licensing decision follows the company’s application under Law No. (7) of 2010 on the establishment of the CMA and the regulation of securities activities, its Executive Bylaws and amendments, and Resolution No. (141) of 2025, which provides that the licence is granted once the CMA’s requirements are completed and runs for three years from the date the licence certificate is issued.

Kuwait Capital Markets Authority licenses Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage Company to act as an investment portfolio manager
The Kuwait Capital Markets Authority has granted Al-Tijari Financial Brokerage Company a three-year renewable licence to operate as an investment portfolio manager, effective from 5 January 2026, following compliance with Law No. (7) of 2010 and related regulations.
