The Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand participated in the 43rd ASEAN Capital Markets Forum (ACMF) Chairs Meeting and related events in Malaysia, where the chairs endorsed the ACMF Action Plan 2026–2030, a new five-year programme following the 2021–2025 plan. In its capacity as Chair of the Working Group on Collective Investment Schemes and Digital Asset Supervision, the SEC presented progress on cross-border investment management initiatives intended to support cross-border fund sales under the ASEAN Collective Investment Schemes framework, and shared member-country developments on digital asset supervision focused on standards and measures for licensed digital asset business operators to prevent mule accounts. At the ACMF International Conference 2025, ACMF also announced a set of outputs including the Action Plan 2026–2030, the ASEAN Taxonomy for Sustainable Finance Version 4, the Mitigation, Adaptation, Resilience and Sustainable Finance (mARs) Guide, the ACMF Voluntary Carbon Market Development Plan and Guidance Roadmap, and an ASEAN Simplified ESG Disclosure Guide.
