The Central Bank of the Philippines notified authorized agent banks and subsidiary or affiliate foreign exchange corporations of those banks that the Bangko Sentral Registration Document dated 12 May 2017 for CAPASIA ASEAN WIND HOLDINGS COOPERATIEF U.A.’s foreign direct investment in 5,140,400 common shares of Petrowind Energy Inc. has been reported lost, that a replacement has been requested, and that the lost document must not be honored if found and presented for the purchase of foreign exchange for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings under Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions, as amended.

The Central Bank of the Philippines has notified authorized agent banks and subsidiary or affiliate foreign exchange corporations that the Bangko Sentral Registration Document dated 12 May 2017 covering CAPASIA ASEAN WIND HOLDINGS COOPERATIEF U.A.’s foreign direct investment in 5,140,400 common shares of Petrowind Energy Inc. has been reported lost and a replacement requested. The authority instructed that the lost document must not be honored if presented for foreign exchange purchases for capital repatriation or remittance of earnings under Section 38 of the Manual of Regulations on Foreign Exchange Transactions.
