He also set out priorities for the regulator covering modernisation of the banking sector, innovation, cybersecurity and financial literacy, while Governor Melis Turghunbaev said the project had been unfinished for about 30 years and that the central bank would continue work to raise the transparency and security of the banking environment in line with international requirements.
