Minor accidents accounted for about 73% of recorded accidents, with related claims increasing 12.5% to 15,800. Claims involving injuries and medical expenses rose 4% to 3,200, while claims for serious accidents involving material damage fell 11.9% to 2,900 and fatality related claims declined from 83 to 80.
