The Central Bank of Russia has revised and approved an updated list of RUONIA panel banks, applying the “Procedure for Selecting Credit Institutions for the List of RUONIA Panel Banks” that has been effective since 24 August 2021. RUONIA calculation and publication using the updated panel will be carried out on 11 February for the 10 February 2025 rate.

Central Bank of Russia approves updated list of RUONIA panel banks
The Central Bank of Russia has updated the list of RUONIA panel banks in accordance with the selection procedure effective since August 2021. The revised panel will be used for RUONIA calculation and publication on 11 February for the 10 February 2025 rate.
