The Slovenia Securities Market Agency has opened a public consultation on draft amendments to its tariff of fees and charges, updating the schedule to reflect new tasks and to introduce fees linked to additional supervisory regimes. The draft is primarily driven by the new Act on Individual Investment Accounts, which authorises the agency to register providers of individual investment accounts and to supervise such providers and their related activities. It also proposes fees for supervisory measures under Regulation (EU) 2023/1113 on information accompanying transfers of funds and certain crypto-assets, and under the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), alongside other minor adjustments. Comments on the draft can be submitted to the agency up to and including 11 December 2025.
