The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd, the external manager of FISQAL FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD (a Registered Alternative Investment Fund, RAIF140), has informed it of the initiation of dissolution and liquidation procedures for the investment compartments FISQAL FUND PRIVATE EQUITY II and FISQAL FUND PRIVATE EQUITY III under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. Until the dissolution and liquidation are completed, the compartments will remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and will continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the compartments from the RAIFs Register once the process is completed and all necessary documents have been submitted, in line with article 138(9) of the law.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Mega Ploutos Fund Management Ltd has initiated dissolution and liquidation procedures for FISQAL FUND PRIVATE EQUITY II and III, compartments of FISQAL FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. LTD. These compartments will remain registered and marked "under liquidation" on CySEC’s website until the process is completed. CySEC will remove them from the RAIFs Register upon submission of required documents, as per article 138(9) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.
