The Central Bank of Armenia (CBA) reported that Governor Martin Galstyan participated in the Bank of Albania’s centennial conference in Tirana and spoke in a panel on monetary policy challenges, focusing on how central banks can manage uncertainty while sustaining credibility. During Session III, chaired by the Bank of Albania’s First Deputy Governor Luljeta Minxhozi, Galstyan set out a prudent risk-management approach to monetary policy and outlined the CBA’s “least regrets” decision-making framework. He pointed to institutional transparency and strong accountability mechanisms as elements intended to preserve policy flexibility under radical uncertainty without undermining credibility.
