The Financial Superintendency of Colombia will provide free, in-person assistance at the Integrated Services Center in Chaparral, Tolima, from Aug. 11 to 14, 2026. Consumers may seek guidance on financial products and submit petitions, complaints, claims and other service-related requests. The services also include out-of-court conciliation with supervised entities and legal actions seeking resolution by a Superintendency judge. Matters may involve banks, insurers, financial cooperatives, trust companies, pension funds and brokerage firms.
