The Guernsey Financial Services Commission has launched a new Engagement Hub, replacing its existing Consultation Hub, as its primary online platform for regulatory engagement with industry. The Engagement Hub will support the Commission’s consultations, publication of discussion papers, and sharing of feedback to industry on previous engagement activities, and will also include information on upcoming events. Previous consultation papers, discussion papers and feedback papers remain available on the Commission’s website in the Legislation and Guidance section.
