The Angola Capital Markets Commission took part in the 27 October 2025 launch session for the TWINNING ENVOLVER+ project in Luanda, positioning its participation as a continuation of its partnership with the broader ENVOLVER initiative to support entrepreneurs and investment projects. The Commission was represented by Juceline Paquete and Daniel Chipenda at the event hosted at the National Institute of Statistics auditorium. The session brought together representatives from the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, INAPEM, IAPMEI and the European Union Delegation, and featured presentations on results from the ENVOLVER pilot phase and the new TWINNING ENVOLVER+ phase, alongside a roundtable with financial institutions, entrepreneurs and institutional partners focused on cooperation, innovation and business capacity-building. The programme concluded with the awarding of training certificates. The Commission linked its engagement to ongoing support initiatives referenced in the release, including the EMERGENTES programme and the rollout of the National Incubators Network.
