The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Corporate Relations Superintendence, issued Circular Letter CVM/SEP 7/2025 to notify listed companies that a new filing association will be available in the Empresas.Net system for submitting the “Termo de Emissão de Nota Comercial”. The new option will appear in the IPE Online module. From 15 December 2025, the document can be filed under the new association “Termo de Emissão de Nota Comercial”. Previously, the same document was submitted using the category “Comunicado ao Mercado” and the type “Outros comunicados não considerados fatos relevantes”.

Brazil Securities Commission adds Empresas.Net filing association for Termo de Emissão de Nota Comercial submissions
The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM) announced that listed companies can submit the "Termo de Emissão de Nota Comercial" via a new filing association in the Empresas.Net system starting 15 December 2025. This document was previously filed under "Comunicado ao Mercado" and "Outros comunicados não considerados fatos relevantes" in the IPE Online module.
