The Vietnam State Securities Commission published Notice No. 55/TB-UBCK requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate to complete their certification procedures under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer or directly at the Vietnam State Securities Commission. If, within one year from the date of the Commission’s fee-payment notification, the person does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs applicants to pay VND 1,000,000 fee to complete securities practising certificate issuance
The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued Notice No. 55/TB-UBCK requiring listed individuals to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for issuance of a securities practising certificate under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC, either by bank transfer or in person.
