The Moroccan Insurance Authority (ACAPS) held a training session for insurance intermediaries in the Marrakech-Safi region as part of its programme to raise awareness and promote good professional practices. The session aimed to support intermediaries in strengthening skills, meeting regulatory expectations, and improving day-to-day practices. The workshop, titled “The insurance intermediary profession: understanding the challenges and improving performance,” continued ACAPS’s third regional training tour launched in April in Rabat. It focused on the entry into force of the obligation to take out All Risks Construction (TRC) and Ten-Year Civil Liability (RCD) insurance, a new instruction on managing claims against insurance intermediaries, and a questionnaire on commercial practices recently introduced by the Authority.
