The Central Bank of Libya said its 2025 polymer 20-dinar banknote won the award for Best Banknote Designed and Printed in 2025 at the High-Security Printing Forum for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, held in Rabat from February 9 to 11, with the bank attributing the recognition to the note’s advanced security features and aesthetic design.
