The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Hanseatic Capital Management Ltd, the external manager of GMF GLOBAL MARITIME FUND RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, has notified the initiation of a dissolution and liquidation procedure for the registered alternative investment fund (RAIF121). Until the process is completed, the RAIF will remain in the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with an “under liquidation” notice. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once dissolution and liquidation are completed and all required documents have been submitted.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announces GMF Global Maritime Fund RAIF has entered dissolution and liquidation process
The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission announced that Hanseatic Capital Management Ltd has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of GMF Global Maritime Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC. The fund will remain in the RAIFs Registry with an "under liquidation" notice until the process is complete. CySEC will remove the fund from the register upon completion and submission of all required documents.
