The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the statutory fee to complete the procedure for issuance of a securities practising certificate under Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the Vietnam State Securities Commission’s designated accounts at Vietinbank or Vietcombank branches, or in person at the commission. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the date of the fee-payment notice, the commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued certificate.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs named applicants to pay VND 1,000,000 fee to receive securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has mandated individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for the issuance of a securities practising certificate as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
