The Argentina Securities Commission (CNV) announced the first placement of a Financial Trust under its new regime for Financial Trusts with Automatic Authorisation for Frequent Issuances, established under General Resolution No. 1063. CNV highlighted that Resolution No. 1063 introduced two new public offering approval tracks for fiduciary securities: Financial Trusts with an Abbreviated Procedure and Financial Trusts with Automatic Authorisation for Frequent Issuances. Depending on how many issuances a trust has made in the capital markets, these regimes allow exemptions from certain general-regime obligations and requirements, with the stated aim of simplifying and shortening issuance processes and giving issuers greater flexibility on when to access the market.
