The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring individuals named in an attached list to pay the licensing fee for issuance of securities practising certificates as a condition to complete the certification process. The fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person under the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC, and can be paid either by bank transfer or directly to the Commission. If, within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, a recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that had been granted.

Vietnam State Securities Commission instructs listed applicants to pay VND 1 million fee to receive securities practising certificates
The Vietnam State Securities Commission has mandated individuals listed in a notice to pay a VND 1,000,000 licensing fee for securities practising certificates, as per the Ministry of Finance’s Circular No. 25/2022/TT-BTC. Payment can be made via bank transfer or directly to the Commission. Failure to complete the procedure within one year will result in certificate cancellation.
