The Central Bank of Morocco has opened the third edition of its Economic and Financial Research Prize, a competition aimed at Moroccan researchers under 40 who have completed a doctoral thesis in economics or finance at a Moroccan or foreign higher education institution. The initiative is positioned as part of the central bank’s support for scientific research in areas linked to its mandate. Two winners will receive an excellence prize and an encouragement prize, and the jury may also award a special favorite prize. The call for applications and participation terms have been published on the central bank’s website. Applications close on September 25, 2026.
