The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Resolute Investment Management (Cyprus) Ltd, the external manager of Selena Investment Fund RAIF V.C.I.C. Ltd (RAIF124), has notified the regulator of the RAIF’s decision to dissolve and liquidate the Selena Real Estate II investment compartment. CySEC has registered this development in the RAIFs’ Register. The dissolution and liquidation is to proceed under article 138(7) of the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. CySEC will delete the investment compartment from the RAIFs’ Register once the liquidation is completed and all required documents have been submitted, in line with article 138(9) of the Law.

Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission records liquidation of the Selena Real Estate II compartment of Selena Investment Fund RAIF
Resolute Investment Management (Cyprus) Ltd has informed the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) of the decision to dissolve and liquidate the Selena Real Estate II investment compartment. CySEC will remove the compartment from the RAIFs’ Register upon completion of the liquidation process and submission of necessary documents, as per the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018.
